Unapologetically passionate
about everything

What’s the difference between a good and great copywriter? The ability to create copy that’s not only creative and flawless—but strategic.

A great copywriter doesn’t write a witty line in hopes someone will get it. It’s not about wits. It’s about being intentionally, clearly, and unapologetically smart. It’s writing copy that breaks someone’s concentration from a complex, difficult world and makes them go, “Oh, shit. That’s good.” And it doesn’t matter if it’s a product description or video script. Because who would write something they’re not proud of? Hopefully no one. But certainly not me.

Aside from starting sentences with conjunctions, here’s what I love to do—in no specific order:

  • Ad copywriting (paid media, OOH, audio, video spots, activations)

  • Creative & copy direction

  • Creative platforms (tagline & story development)

  • Brand campaigns

  • Creative strategy & testing

  • Concept development

  • Creative leadership

  • Copywriting mentorship

  • Creative process(es)

I have never met a more determined, insightful, and logical copywriter, rather person, than Jen. For the 5 years that I have known her, she has continued to challenge and inspire my own thinking every day. Her ability to see things from multiple perspectives has been a direct impact on any piece of work she touches and elevates any idea she encounters. The passion with which she approaches any task is infectious. I would not be the thinker I am today without the co-working we have shared, the empathy she has provided me, and the motivation I strived to mimic from her.

Jen is a beautiful storyteller—not just in the way she tells the story but how she ties the story together. She thinks strategically and keeps in mind what will move the needle for her clients. One of the most wonderful things about Jen is how collaborative she is. When you’re brainstorming with Jen, you can see how inspired she is by the minds around her and how she inspires the room as well. She’s kind and compassionate towards her coworkers and empathetic towards her clients. I genuinely loved working with Jen and recommend her for anything that needs creatively crafted copy!
— Project Manager, Pace
It’s a genuine thrill to work with someone you trust and respect absolutely and wholeheartedly; it’s a genuine rarity when it happens in such a short time. She’s a quick learner, clever, and whip-smart. She takes the initiative to take on challenges you didn’t even know were there yet and demonstrates the measured, calm diplomacy necessary to navigate around creative egos and demanding stakeholders. You know how there are certain things you finally get and then you can’t imagine life before you had them? Jen’s the teammate I never knew I needed and now I hope I never have to work without her.
— Associate Creative Director, Red Hat
Working alongside Jen as my copy counterpart has genuinely made me a better creative—in terms of the way I collaborate, the strategic thinking I imply, and the dedication to my own work. Jen is the person who enthusiastically jumps at the opportunity to dig into imaginative and engaging ideas, while being able to stay true to the core of the project. She always asks the right questions at the right time and thoughtfully finds gaps that can be improved upon. Her hard work and determination is astounding and makes her an irreplaceable asset to any team.
— Senior Art Director, Red Hat
I could fill all the Internet by listing all the remarkable ways that Jen contributed to our team. Topping the list: She truly cares. A lot. About her work and about the people she works with.

Her versatility amazed me every day. Jen is equally thoughtful in bringing a huge campaign idea to life as she is tweaking the tiny process that makes it happen.

She is an original thinker, a consistent contributor and a relationship builder who sees opportunity behind every to-do.
